Q. Due to an upcoming move from the US to India next year, our 14 yr old will be required to enter the IB program in the 10th grade. Can the program accommodate such a transition or could it be a very difficult move for our daughter? Specifically, we're looking at IB programs in the Pune area, and it appears that the Mercedes Benz school is the only one that accepts students prior to the 11th grade. How to tell what program is using a file?
Q. I have some files on my external hard drive that I can't delete/move because my computer says that a program is using them. One of them is an ISO, and I've closed every single program that could possibly use an ISO. I've also restarted my computer, and that didn't help. The other files are avis, if it matters. Is there a program or something that can either tell me what program is using a file, or something that will allow to prevent any programs from using the file?

How to translate Assembly language program to C language program for a timer circuit?

A. If the compiler supports inline assembly, just use that: #asm #endasm Otherwise, the only way is to write a timer program using your knowledge of the 89C52 architecture. (It's a lot easier in assembly than in C, since C has very little to do with the chip.)

Q. I just need to know the basics of how to do that, my bro can program simple stuff but he doesn't know how to do this picture business. A. The newest version so far is Photoshop CS3. I have an older version, and after trying out the newer version in school, i find it the same, except that CS3 is a lot more expensive...
