can I break the Picamilon tablet in two to get lower dose?

Why isn't Picamilon more popular in the U.S.?
Q. I know that Picamilon is commonly used for a number of reasons in Russia. I just started taking it for anxiety and the stuff works like a charm with no side effects. I can honestly say that one hour after I take 150mg my anxiety is dramatically reduced (about 75%). The problem is that only a few places/websites sell it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from anxiety for whatever reason.

A. No experience in picamilon, but i have done alot of reading about omega 3 fish oil that helps anxiety and deppresion take 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime after meals to prevent stomach pain
